Ashley Laub is the founder of Core Culture LLC. Ashley spent over 12 years in corporate human resources across the Media and Retail industries and founded CoreCultureLLC in September 2020. The background behind the name of the company is Ashley's focus on tying everything back to the overall culture of a company, and the culture that you want to be a part of as an individual. That is at the CORE!
Ashley held a variety of roles as a human resources business partner, working closely with the executive commitee members on their people strategy. Her generalist experience brings a great partnership to companies looking for ways to better develop their people, prepare their future leaders, create the most impactful team structure, and focus on engagement. Ashley takes the time to understand either your business and how to develop the right people strategy connected to your overall objectives, or you as an individual to grow your career. She has interviewed hundreds of candidates, participated in countless performance conversations, and knows what it takes to succeed in challenging work environments. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with minors in Business and Communications from Lehigh University. She also holds her Professional in Human Resources Certificate (PHR) through SHRM.
